As I was circling my way around a photography workshop I was teaching here in Southern California I came across Liz on break, hanging out in the kitchen. I noticed how beautifully the single bare bulb in the kitchen was lighting her, I raised my camera and captured this very candid moment.

 

I shot this with my Canon 85mm f/1.2 L series lens, shot at f/2.2 at 200th of a second shutter speed, the ISO was set to 200. I added a vignette to the photo in Adobe Photoshop using a very soft (15) brush to burn it in, drawing more attention to Liz.
